● 40 contestants battled it out online over 5 action packed days to win a spot in The Next Gamer house
● 10 successful contestants joined the house in Sydney
● There were daily challenges and tournaments testing each of the contestants' mental fortitude, physical fitness, and teamwork skills
● After a decisive battle, five contestants were eliminated and the final five had to face Oceania’s top gaming teams as they developed the skills and teamwork necessary to join a professional League of Legends team
● In a live finale, The Next Gamer team faced the LG Dire Wolves to prove their worth. The gamer who showed they had what it takes to ‘go pro’ won AUD$10,000 in prize money and a six month contract with the Dire Wolves – Australia’s best League of Legends team.
